Episode summary
Malibu Girl wants the full Malibu day: beach, smoothie, surf check, sunset, and maybe a casual detour through the canyon. She steps into the sunlight believing the map is the plan.
Then the road begins to glow. Cars stack up like prophecy. From the shimmer rises PCH Samurai, guardian of the coastal lane, sworn enemy of panic braking, illegal turns, and the phrase “we’ll find parking when we get there.”
Malibu Girl: “It says the beach is only eleven minutes away.”
PCH Samurai: “The map speaks in distance. Malibu speaks in timing.”
The lesson
Malibu is not hard to love. It is hard to wing. The first rule is simple: beaches, canyon roads, parking, fire weather, and PCH traffic all share the same master — timing.
